Normal orders take 2 weeks for tailoring, while expedited orders take 3-5 working days.

What is the eligibility for a full refund if I cancel my Lizprom order?

Full refund within 24 hours of payment. Cancellation within 2-3 days results in partial refund of shipping cost and 50% of product price. After 3 days, only a partial refund of shipping cost is available.
